Conditions of the guarantee:

To request your refund, email support@seniorfraudalert.com with the subject line Refund Request. Include the email address on your account. We will process the refund within 2 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
After 30 Days
Charges after the first 30 days are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and you will retain access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Billing Errors
We will fully refund any charge that results from a billing error, regardless of when it occurred. Billing errors include:
- A charge processed after you cancelled
- A duplicate charge for the same billing period
- A charge at an incorrect amount
If you believe you were charged in error, email support@seniorfraudalert.com with subject line Billing Error. We will investigate and respond within 1 business day.
How to Cancel
Cancellation is straightforward:
- Email support@seniorfraudalert.com with subject line Cancel Subscription
- Include the email address on your account
- We will confirm cancellation within 1 business day
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep access until then. There are no cancellation fees and no requirements to call, complete a survey, or navigate additional steps.
Free Trial
If a free trial is advertised, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. We will send you a reminder email before your trial converts to a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost and will not be charged.
