Senior Fraud Watch is an AI-powered email scam detection service operated as a paid subscription ("we," "our," "the Company"). Our service analyzes email content to flag potential scams, phishing attempts, and fraud. Results are informational guidance only and do not constitute legal, financial, or security advice.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Senior Fraud Watch in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. What the Service Does
Senior Fraud Watch provides:
- AI analysis of email content and metadata you submit manually
- Automated Gmail inbox monitoring using read-only metadata access (subject, sender, and snippet only; not full email bodies)
- Classification of emails as Safe, Suspicious, or potential Scam
- Plain-language guidance on what to do next
The service is accessed via our website. Email processing relies on third-party AI services (OpenAI) as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
4. No Guarantee of Protection
Senior Fraud Watch does not guarantee that every scam, phishing attempt, or fraudulent communication will be detected.
Our AI system assists your judgment. It does not replace it. Scam tactics evolve constantly, and no automated tool catches everything. Results may contain false positives (flagging legitimate emails) and false negatives (missing actual scams).
Always use personal judgment before acting on any email, especially before sending money, providing personal information, or clicking links. When in doubt, contact the sender through a verified phone number or official website, not through contact information in the message itself.
5. Subscription and Auto-Renewal
Important: This is a recurring subscription
- You will be charged $9.99 per month on a recurring basis
- Billing begins on the date you subscribe (or at the end of any free trial period)
- Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel
- You may cancel at any time (see the Cancellation section below)
- We will send a reminder email before any free trial converts to a paid subscription
Cancellation
Cancel by emailing support@seniorfraudalert.com with subject line Cancel Subscription. We confirm cancellation within 1 business day. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then. There are no cancellation fees and no complicated steps.
Cancellation is as simple as signing up. We do not require you to call a phone number, complete a survey, or navigate through multiple screens.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers may request a full refund of their first charge within 30 days of that charge, for any reason. This applies to first-time subscribers only; it does not apply to renewal charges or re-subscriptions.
To request a refund, email support@seniorfraudalert.com with subject line Refund Request. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Price Changes
We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree to the change.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service or its APIs
- Not submit content that violates applicable law
Accounts are for individual use. Each person in your family who uses the service needs their own account.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senior Fraud Watch is not liable for:
- Any loss or harm resulting from a scam that our service failed to detect
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of California. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
